Month’s Mind for the late Mary Lappin (Armagh)

Lappin, Mary (nee Barkley) 13 Greenpark Manor, Armagh.

The Family of the late Mary Lappin, husband Niall, sons Conor, Declan, Joseph and Peter along with the extended family wish to express our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to our relatives, friends and neighbours who supported us during our recent sad loss.

Thanks to all who called at the house, give mass or sympathy cards, text messages, made phone calls, sent letters, flowers and brought food. Thanks to all who attended the funeral mass and burial or watched via the Church web cam. Thank you to those who stood along the route as Mary made her final journey, we took great comfort from the support of everyone who lined the funeral cortege route, especially Madden GFC for their Guard of Honour for Mary at St Patrick’s Cathedral.

The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to all those who cared for Mary, Mr D Mc Kay, surgeon of Craigavon Area Hospital, the Doctors and staff of Friary Surgery Dobbin Lane, Staff of Dobbin Pharmacy, and the Staff in Craigavon Area Hospital who cared for Mary in her final hours. A sincere thanks to Fr peter McAnenly for celebrating a beautiful Mass and the touching Homily of Mary was a great comfort to the Family. Thank you to Dermot and Aisling whose Music and Hymns greatly enhanced the Funeral Liturgy.

We wish to thank Martin Kelly for the very efficient, dignified, supportive and professional manner in which they carried out all the funeral arrangements. Thank you to the grave digger who prepared Mary’s final resting place.

Finally thank you Cordelia’s for the hot food delivery, your support meant a lot during the difficult and sad time. We trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our appreciation .

Mary’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday January 30, at 5.30pm in St Patrick’s Cathedral. Lady of Knock pray for Her.
