The daughters and sons and family circle of the late Winifred (Winnie) Anna Dickson would like to sincerely thank all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement.
We are deeply appreciative to those who attended the funeral service, sent cards, sent messages via social media and to those people who donated to Parkinson UK and to St Mark’s Fabric Fund. Also to Cordelia’s Chip shop who sent the family food over the wake.
A special word of thanks to those who helped us care for Mum during her illness – Ann’s Homecare, Enable, Routledge, The Archway Surgery Doctors and Nurses and the Acute Care team. A very special thanks to Dorothy for all her help with Mum over the years.
We would like to thank the Rev Malcolm Kingston and the Curate Rev Sarah Parkinson of St Mark’s Parish Church, Armagh for their pastoral care to Mum in her home. Thanks also to Rev Malcolm Kingston for his beautiful lifelong tribute to Mum on the day of her funeral, to the organist, Janice, for her part, to the Sexton, David Mansbridge, and to the grave digger, Matthew Dougan. Also to Simply Good Catering for providing the food and refreshments.
To Stephen of Jackson Stoops & Sons Funeral Directors, thank you for the compassionate and dignified manner in which you carried out the funeral arrangements.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our thanks and appreciation to everyone.
