Acknowledgement for the late Vera Mallon (Armagh)

Mallon, (née O’Hare), Vera. We the family of the late Vera Mallon (nee O’Hare), would like to express our gratitude to everyone who sympathised with us during our recent loss of our mother and grandmother.

Our heartfelt thanks go to all those who called to pay their respects, sent mass cards, sympathy cards and flowers, and to all those who provided refreshments and visited at the family home throughout the wake.

We would like to thank all Vera’s friends across the years she lived in v for being a supportive presence in her life.

We would also like to thank all those who cared for Vera at Ardmaine Nursing Home, Newry across the last years and days of her life, for their dedication, professionalism and for their support throughout her illness. We are particularly indebted to her granddaughter Rachel for the care she provided.

We would like to thank Fr Barry Mathews for their kind words for his spiritual support, guidance and for celebrating Requiem mass. Thank you to everyone who participated in the Mass, including Cathy Mc Kenna for the beautiful music and all those who attended the service in support of the family.

A special word of thanks to Hugo and Sharon McArdle from J.J McArdle & Sons Funeral Directors who carried out the funeral arrangements in such a caring and dignified manner during these difficult times.

As it is impossible to thank each person individually, the Mallon family trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of their sincere appreciation to everyone who has helped Vera’s family at this difficult time.

Vera’s months mind mass will be celebrated on Monday April 10, (Easter Monday) at St. Patrick’s Cathedral Armagh.
