Sophie dearly loved wife, mother and grandmother.
1st Anniversary
“We sat beside your bedside. Our hearts were crushed and sore.
We did our best until the end till we could do no more.
For in tears we saw you sinking and slowly fade away.
Although our hearts were broken we knew you could not stay.
It broke our hearts to lose you but you did not go alone
for part of us went with you the day God called you home.”
