We, the family of the late Sidney John Millar, would like to thank all those who sympathised with us in our recent bereavement. We appreciate the support of all those who called, brought food, sent messages of sympathy, gave donations and attended the funeral.
We would also like to express our gratitude to Rev. Mark Dodds for conducting the Service of Thanksgiving and to Valerie Reid, Elaine Barrett and Robert Kirkland for their beautiful musical accompaniment during the service and committal. Our thanks to Vera Kimmons and her staff for the excellent catering.
We are grateful to the carers who helped look after Sidney at home, and especially to Lyndall Barrett for her devoted care, support and kindness in Sidney’s final months.
Finally, we would like to thank David Cranston of Holmes of Dungannon for their dignified and professional handling of the funeral arrangements.
