Acknowledgement for the late Rose Skeffington (Lurgan)

Skeffington, Rose.

The family of the late Rose Skeffington, 9 Garland Avenue, Lurgan extend their heartfelt gratitude to all those who offered their sympathy following the death of a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

They deeply appreciate the kindness of relatives, friends and neighbours who assisted, visited, sent mass cards, sympathy cards, made phone calls, and wrote letters, as well as everyone who attended Rose’s funeral Mass or viewed via the webcam.

The family expresses gratitude to the Ambulance Service for their invaluable assistance and exceptional care the doctors, nurses and all staff of Craigavon Area Hospital, the doctors, nurses and staff of William Street Surgery.

The family wishes to recognise Father Colum Wright for his spiritual care and thoughtful celebration of Rose’s Requiem Mass, Father Maciej for concelebrating Mass and Niamh Murray for the beautiful music.

Appreciation goes to Jack and Margaret McLearnon Funeral Directors for their professional and dignified handling of the funeral arrangements and to the grave diggers.

With gratitude on behalf of Rose’s husband Joe, son Conor his partner, grandchildren, sisters Patricia and Sheena.

Rose’s months mind Mass will be celebrated on Friday January 12, at 7.00pm in St Peter’s Church, Lurgan.
