Acknowledgement for the late Pauline McLaughlin (Coalisland)

McLaughlin, Pauline.

We the family of the late Pauline McLaughlin would like to express our deep appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised, prayed for and supported us through our sudden and untimely bereavement. Pauline was a devoted and loving mother, wife and grandmother.

We would like to acknowledge all those who paid their respects in any way. Thank you to the many people who called at the house, helped or brought food. To those who sent mass cards, sympathy cards, flowers, telephoned, sent texts or posted their condolences online, they were greatly appreciated. Also for Coalisland Parochial Centre for providing chairs and catering resources.

Sincere thanks to all our relatives from the entire McKernan and McLaughlin family who helped us in so many ways to grieve as a family and all Pauline’s close friends who she loved like family.

A word of thanks to Pauline’s neighbours in Maplebrook, a special mention to Margaret and Brenda.

Thanks to all the former and remaining Mountcairn residents for their kindness to Pauline over the years and for their support throughout this sad time.

We send our grateful thanks to the emergency first responders and paramedics who worked tirelessly on the afternoon of the 3rd of July.

To the family of Pauline’s beloved friend Briege Dorman (RIP) thank you sincerely for your initiative and support throughout the whole wake and funeral.

A special word of thanks to Father O’Neill for his spiritual support and comforting words at the requiem mass. We convey our appreciation also to the Sacristan and everyone who too part in the liturgy, our singer Ellie O’Neill and keyboard player Patrick Slevin who provided the beautiful and uplifting music.

Thank you Michael Dorman Funeral Directors for the dignified manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out and to the gravedigger for preparing Pauline’s final resting place. Thank you to Eden Blooms for the beautiful floral tributes and to Gervin’s for the very welcome refreshments after the funeral.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this as a token of our family’s deepest gratitude.

Pauline is loved and missed everyday, taken too soon from her family. May Pauline’s gentle, generous, kind, and fun loving soul be granted eternal rest.

The holy sacrifice of the mass will be offered for your intentions.

Pauline’s months mind mass will be held in St. Mary and Joseph’s Church, Brackaville, Coalisland on Monday August 5, at 7.30pm.

St. Teresa pray for her.
