Patrick McGee

McGee, Patrick.

The Wife Sheila, daughter Tracy, son’s Ronan, Marcus and Ryan and wider family circle would like to express their profound gratitude to all who sympathised with them on their recent loss of a beloved husband, father, father in law, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and uncle.

To the medical teams at Belfast City and Craigavon area hospital, Moy Health Clinic and McKeevers chemist Moy and Macmillan nurses, we thank you for the care and attention given to Pat throughout his illness.

The family are indebted to the many people who visited the house and shared their memories of Pat, those who posted condolences online, sent Mass cards and floral tributes and gifts of food and made donations to Marie Curie/Macmillan Nurses.

We thank our extended family for the ongoing love and support as they continue to give us at this difficult time.

Grateful thanks to the wonderful ladies who provided continual refreshments to everyone and to the local businesses who provided hot food. Also to O’Neill’s GFC An Portmor, Armagh

Marquee hire and our kind neighbours for all their help. We Thank the Ryandale Hotel Moy for providing the post Funeral meal.

Special thanks to Father Thomas Mc Hugh for his pastoral care and conducting a very fitting and personal Requiem Mass and burial. To all who participated in the Liturgy, prayers of the faithful and offertory procession, we thank you.

Thank you to Niamh Mc Bennett and Patrick Slevin for the very moving singing and musical accompaniment which greatly enhanced the funeral Mass. Thanks are also conveyed to the sacristan who prepared the Chapel.

To Pat’s nephew Conor Farley, we extend our sincere gratitude to the touching, beautiful and personal tribute he afforded Pat by escorting him on his last journey and his final resting place by playing the Bagpipes.

Finally we are extremely appreciative of the care and attention which the grave digger showed as he prepared Pat’s final resting place.

To Martin Kelly Funeral Directors, we are very grateful for the compassionate and professional manner which you conducted Pat’s funeral arrangements.

At the risk of failing to mention someone we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as token of our sincere appreciation.

Pat’s Months Memory Mass will take place on Friday August 18 at 7.00pm at St Jarlath’s Church Clonfeacle.
