The family of the late Kathy Mallon, her devoted husband Thomas, son Ethan, daughter-in-law Michaela, parents Peter and Kathleen, brother Peter-Ryan, nieces and nephews, mother and father-in-law Tommy and Margaret, brothers and sisters-in-law, and the entire extended family wish to extend their heartfelt gratitude to their kind neighbours and friends and everyone who sympathised with them, offered support, sent cards, donated in lieu of flowers to the Southern Area Hospice, or attended Kathy’s Requiem Mass on June 23, 2024.
Also remembering her late sister Sarah. A sincere thank you to Fr Conor McConville and Fr Feidhlimidh Magennis for the beautiful Requiem Mass, and to the other Priests who provided support and comfort to the family during Kathy’s stay at the Hospice and in the family home.
Special thanks also go to the staff at Dromore Doctors Surgery, the District Nursing Team, Johnson’s Pharmacy, and The Mandeville Unit at Craigavon Hospital for their dedicated treatment and attention to Kathy’s needs.
We are also deeply appreciative of the care and support shown to Kathy and her family by the staff at the Southern Area Hospice. Our heartfelt thanks extend to McAlinden and Murtagh Funeral Directors for their compassionate advice, care and the exceptional and dignified manner in which they conducted the funeral arrangements.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as an expression of our sincere appreciation and gratitude.
Kathy’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday July 21, at 11.00am in St Colman’s Church, Dromore, followed by light refreshments served in the hall after the Mass.
