The family of the late John McSherry would like to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement. A special thanks to our wider family, kind neighbours and friends whose help was much appreciated. We would also like to thank those who attended the wake / funeral, brought Mass / Sympathy cards or sent messages.
We are grateful to the doctors and staff of William St Surgery and Craigavon Area Hospital. A special thanks to the District Nurses, Marie Curie and Macmillian teams who showed such kindness and support to our whole family.
We extend our sincere thanks to Canon Stevenson and Father Jozef Wozniak for attending John at home and for conducting the funeral Mass.
Also we would like to thank Niamh Murray and the organist for the beautiful singing and music.
Finally, thanks to McAlinden & Murtagh Funeral Directors for the dignified way the funeral arrangements were carried out.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our family’s heart felt gratitude.
John’s months mind Mass will be held on Friday September 8, 2023 at 7.00pm in St Peter’s Chapel.
