Acknowledgement for the late Geoffrey Brennan (Armagh)

Brennan, Geoffrey (Armagh).

The family of the late Geoffrey (Geoff) Brennan of Armagh and Ballinakill, would like to thank all those who sympathised and supported us following our recent bereavement.

Heart felt thanks to all those who travelled from near and far to call at the house, who sent Mass and Sympathy Cards, posted condolences online and the many who attended the Wake and funeral.

They deeply appreciate the help and kindness of their friends, family and all those who assisted in any way.

A particular thank you to Petra McCreesh and family, The Rolling Pin Keady and Cordelia’s Armagh for food at the wake and the staff at The Charlemont Hotel for the funeral refreshments.

They would also like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the Southern Trust Domiciliary Care team and The Acute Care at home Team for the support and care they gave to Geoff which enabled him to remain at home in his later years.

A special thanks to Fr. David Nugent for a beautiful Funeral Service, and to Cathy Kelly and her accompanist for the wonderful singing.

Thanks also to Martin Kelly Funeral Directors for their support, guidance and professionalism in carrying out the funeral arrangements and to the gravediggers who prepared Dads resting place with care.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as an expression of our sincere appreciation.

Lovingly remembered and deeply missed by His Son Geoff, daughters Deborah, Karen and Kathryn grandchildren, brother, sister in law and the entire family circle.

“Sacred heart of Jesus we place all our trust in thee.”

Geoff’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday May 29, at 7.30pm in St Malachys Church Armagh.
