Acknowledgement for the late Eithne O’Hare (Armagh)

O’Hare, Eithne.

The family of Eithne O’Hare would like to thank everyone who has supported us, particularly in recent weeks. Your offers of help, your unsung acts of kindness and your thoughtfulness have touched and helped us, even if we have not had time to say thank you. Your messages and your prayers have been a source of strength to us all.

We would like to thank especially, the dedicated medical people who looked after Eithne in her illness-the Friary Clinic, the Keady Surgery, the Memory Team in Armagh, Theresa, who helped care for her, the Staff at Craigavon Hospital and the acute Medical Team from Craigavon.

The family are deeply indebted to the Staff of Dunlarg Care Home in Keady. We would like to acknowledge the love and attention she received there as they became her extended family over her last few years.

The beautiful Liturgy by Archbishop Eamon Martin at her Reception in the Cathedral and Father Barry’s touching homily during her Funeral Mass greatly eased the pain of loss felt by us all. A special word of thanks to Brian Finnegan and Marie Fearon for their enriching music.

A final word of thanks to Hugo and his team at Mc Ardle’s whose professionalism and understanding guided us through a very difficult time.

Eithne’s Month’s Mind Mass is at 11o’clock Mass in St. Patrick’s Cathedral on Sunday August 11, 2024.
