Megaw, Edward Johnston (Eddie).
The family of the late Eddie Megaw would like to sincerely thank all those who sympathised with us in our recent sad bereavement.
We are deeply appreciative of those who called at the home, attended the funeral, sent cards, donated to First Presbyterian Church, Armagh and Dementia NI, or who provided practical support to the family.
We would also like to thank those who provided specialist care to Eddie during his illness including the medical team at Daisy Hill hospital, the District Nursing team at Markethill Health Centre, and the team at Hamilton Court Care home in Armagh. Your skills and compassion in your care towards Eddie were exemplary.
A special thanks also for the pastoral care provided throughout by the Reverend Joanne Smyth (1st Armagh) and Canon Malcolm Kingston (St. Marks), and to Stephen Stoops for the dignified manner in which he carried out the funeral arrangements.
Trusting that this will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
