Death Notice Armagh I

Agnew, Edith.

The daughters (Heather and Lorna) and son (Brian) of the late Edith Agnew would like to offer our sincere thanks to everyone who sympathised with and supported us following the death of our dear mother.

We would especially like to thank the Rev Nick McKnight of Tandragee Methodist Church, for his care and support during our mother`s illness and grief of losing her dear husband, and for conducting a worthy funeral Service of Thanksgiving for mum.

Also Rev Clive Webster for his care and support over a difficult time for our mother. We would like to thank Mrs Alison Orr for playing the organ and to the members of Tandragee Methodist we are indebted for their help and prayers.

A special word of thanks to both the staff of Fairlawns Care Home and the nursing staff of Daisy Hill Stroke and Rehabilitation ward, for their care of our mother, when she needed it most.

Thanks to Graham and his staff, of Park Catering, who did a brilliant job of the catering.

We would like to thank Stephen Stoops for his professional and thoughtful guidance and the dignified way in which the funeral was conducted. Thanks also to the grave digger for a professional job under difficult circumstances.

Thanks to everyone who contributed most generously to the selected charity of the CEF.

Finally thanks to all neighbours, friends and the extended family for messages of sympathy, cards and prayerful support, we as a family are very appreciative.

We know it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation.

“Till we meet again”

Cabra, Rathfriland and Glaslough.
