    A man in his forties forced a would-be burglar to flee after he was challenged in Lurgan on Friday. Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary in the Allenhill Park area of Lurgan on Friday 17 February.     High winds and heavy rain is set so sweep across county Armagh on Thursday as the Met Office issue a yellow weather warning. The Met Office are saying Storm Doris will bring the ferocious weather in off the Atlantic in the next 24 hours.     Temporary traffic management measures will be put in place at Millennium Way, Lurgan as work continues to connect the new Millennium Way Extension to the Flush Place/Gilford Road/Banbridge Road and the Millennium Way/Malcolm Road junctions.     A Range Rover was stolen from outside a county Armagh home in the early hours of this morning (Wednesday). The vehicle was taken from outside a property on Belvedere Manor in Lurgan sometime after midnight. It was reported stolen by its owner at 7am this morning. Its owner Ryan McEvoy has put out an appeal on social media.     A large quantity of drugs were discovered in Lurgan yesterday (Monday). The large quantity of cannabis was uncovered by the PSNI’s Tactical Support Group who were not searching the house in question for the drug.     Police continue to appeal for information following the attempted murder of a 31-year-old man at a house in Carrigart Crescent, Craigavon, in the early hours this morning (Monday).     A man was shot in the head as a flurry of shots rained through the front window of a house in Craigavon in the early hours of this morning (Monday). The 31-year-old is currently in intensive care battling for his life in the Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast following the attack in Carrigart Crescent at around 1.45am.
