The Derrycourtney Road between Caledon and Aughnacloy in Co Tyrone is currently closed following a road traffic collision, police have said.
Motorists are being advised to avoid the area.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “Diversions are in place at the junctions with Knockaginny Road and Dromore Road.
“Please avoid the area and seek an alternative route for your journey.”
