Plans for 39 new homes in Cookstown

Plans have been submitted to Mid Ulster District Council’s planners to bring 39 new homes to Cookstown.

If approved, permission will be granted for the development of three blocks of terraced housing and 30 semi detached properties at lands east of 6-12 Coolreaghs Road and south of 29 Coolreaghs Roads and 10 Claggan Lane, Cookstown.

Permission will also be granted for the development of access roads, footpaths, open space within the development, site drainage and associated site works.

The application was submitted by agent, APS Architects LLP, on behalf of applicant J&A Developments Ltd.

The site in question is 1.23 hectares according to the planning application form and is in the same field as an existing housing development current under construction.

The application was submitted on Wednesday, November 25 and will be advertised until Tuesday, December 22.
