Armagh Harps are planning a 24-hour Spinathon fundraiser to raise funds for the club.
The event is due to take place in the Social Club from 9pm on Friday, June 1, until 9pm on Saturday, June 2.
This event is open to all ages and all abilities. You do not have to be particularly fit or have an interest in spinning.
A spokesperson for Armagh Harps said: “It’s healthy, it’s fun, good craic is guaranteed and it will generate additional funds to support all our teams!
“All aspects of our Club will be represented, players, both men’s and ladies across all teams, including youth teams from Under 12 up, committee members, active members, social club members and anyone who has the interests of the Club at heart are welcome to take part. Parents/guardians – why not consider splitting the hour and spin as a family?”
To take part all you have to do is complete and return a sponsor form. You will then be given an allocated spin slot. Contact Paula Powell on 077 6183 7437 to arrange your preferred slot.
