Cardwell, September 16th 2020 (suddenly) at his home Ashlea Close, Markethill. William James (Billy), dearly loved Foster son of Billy and Jennifer McCall, dear brother of Dean and Denver Cardwell and a dear Foster brother of Philip, Kyle, Keith, Heather, Amanda and Haley.
