Vernon, beloved husband of the late Margaret, loving father of Richard, father-in-law of Gillian, granda of Jack (Sara) and Sarah (Conor) and great-granda of Noah, predeceased by his parents Jack and Margaret Ellen Devlin and his beloved siblings.
