McKeown, (née Dowdall)(Newry) February 9, 2024, (peacefully) at home 8 Clontigora Hill, Newry, BT358RU. Sadie, beloved wife of the late Tommy, loving mother of Gerry, Sean and the late Kathleen, Rose and Baby Mary who died in infancy, a devoted sister to Owen, and the late Rita, Peter, John, Francis, Dennis and Matt. She is predeceased by her parents John and Theresa, grandson Brian, daughters-in-law Margaret and Maureen and son-in-law Pat.
Sadie’s remains will be removed from Mc Gennity’s Funeral Home from Saturday February 10 at 5.00pm to her late residence. Removal on Monday February 12, at 1.45pm, arriving for Requiem Mass at 2.30pm in St. Michael’s church, Killean. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Very deeply regretted by her loving sons, brother, daughter-in-law Stella, her grandchildren Tony, Gary, Patricia, Gerard, Donna, Kieran, Shauna and Paul, her great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed by Gavin, her cousins, neighbours and the extended circle of family and friends.
