Our beautiful Phoebe, fell asleep peacefully in the arms of her mummy, daddy and brother Ryan on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 in Blossom Ward, Craigavon Area Hospital.
Phoebe was a precious daughter of Justyna and Rafal, a much loved sister of Ryan and a cherished granddaughter of Ewa.

Phoebe will always be remembered by her aunts, uncles, cousins and all her family and friends.
