The death has occurred of Gertie Ward (Cookstown)

Ward, (nee Devlin), June 27, 2022, peacefully after a short illness, late of 24 Gortalowry Park, Cookstown). Gertie, loving wife of the late Seamus (R.I.P). Devoted mother of Paul and Gary, and mother in-law to Fidelma and Kathleen. Devoted grandmother of Orlaith, Clodagh, Anna, Laura and Conor. Dear sister of Ann (McLernon) and the late Mona (Brennan), Gerard, Dennis and Dessie (R.I.P). Cherished daughter of the late James and Mary (R.I.P).

Gertie’s remains will be reposing at her late home from 12:00 noon on Tuesday, funeral from there on Thursday at 11:30am for 12:00noon requiem Mass in Holy Trinity Church, Cookstown with burial afterwards in Forthill Cemetery travelling via Drum Road.
