Cecil, loving husband of Betty and devoted father of Mandina and dearly loved brother of Ernest and the late Robert, Thomas, Herbie and May also a dear brother-in-law and uncle.
Funeral from his home on Thursday at 1:30 p.m for Service in Newmills Presbyterian Church, BT71 4EP at 2:00 p.m. followed by interment in the adjoining burial ground. Those wishing to pay their respects are most welcome at the family home on Wednesday between 3 and 9 p.m.
