Police in Newry have arrested two males after locating a stolen vehicle.
Police were on patrol in the Bessbrook area when they observed a green Landrover Defender being driven erratically along Millvale Road around 2.50am on Wednesday, 18 March.
Officers stopped the vehicle and arrested two males.
A 28 year old man was arrested for driving whilst unfit, taking a motor vehicle without authority, no driving licence and no insurance.
A 18 year old male was arrested for allowing himself to be carried. Both men were later arrested on bail pending further enquiries.
The vehicle was confirmed as stolen.
