POLICE are advising people not to buy Armagh Gaelic football tops from unusual sources.
It follows the theft from a shop in Lurgan of what has been described as a “significant number” of the tops.
The PSNI in Lurgan have also urged anyone who was near Thomas Moore’s shop in Edward Street on Saturday, June 29, between 2pm and 4pm and noticed anything suspicious, to contact them.
“If you are approached locally and offered the chance to buy any of these tops please pass relevant details to Lurgan police,” said a spokesperson.
