Police in Craigavon are appealing for information following a burglary in Magheralin.
Constable Mike Currie explained: “We received a report of three males climbing over the back wall of a house in New Forge Park around 12.30pm on Thursday, 2 April. The three males made off on foot but boarded a silver saloon type car which had been parked in the car park of Magheralin Parish Church. The vehicle had a partial registration of YLZ 49.
“We attended the location and found the house had been entered and ransacked. A quantity of jewellery was taken.
“We would like to hear from anyone who noticed this car or who may have information which can assist our investigation. We can be contacted in Lurgan on 101, quoting ref: 427 020415.”

Meanwhile, police in Craigavon are also investigating the theft of money from an ATM.
Constable Mike Currie said: “Around 10.30am on Thursday, 2 April, a member of the public withdrew money from an ATM at a supermarket on Millennium Way. They mistakenly left their cash in the machine and a female is observed, on cctv, taking the money.
“We would like to hear from anyone who witnessed this incident or can help to identify the female. We can be contacted in Lurgan on 101, quoting ref: 295 020415.”
