Police are appealing for information on the driver of a blue Ford Fiesta car seen acting suspiciously in the Moy area on Thursday night.
The vehicle appeared to have false number plates fitted.
Police in Dungannon want to hear from anyone who saw a vehicle similar to this in the area.
