POLICE are appealing for information after several shots have been fired near a house in Cullyhanna, Co Armagh.
A dark coloured Volkswagen Golf was later found on fire in the Slatequarry Road area and investigating officers believe the two incidents could be linked.
Police received a report of a shooting incident in the Cherry Grove area on Tuesday shortly after 11pm.
“No-one was injured in the incident and no damage is believed to have been caused to the house,” a police spokesperson said.
Police want anyone with information to contact them.
