Tickets for the Roy Keane charity dinner in Armagh early next month are on the verge of selling out.
An Evening with Roy Keane is being staged at the Armagh City Hotel on Thursday, February 4th.
The Republic assistant manager and former Manchester United star will be interviewed on stage before a question and answer session with the audience.
Proceeds from the event go to the Craigavon-based Train to be Smart TTBS Juniors charity, founded by Keane’s former United teammate Pat McGibbon.
The charity provides football coaching and health education and is planning to reach out to young people across the ABC borough.
McGibbon said: “There’s been massive interest in the Roy Keane event locally and much further afield.
“The tickets are not sold out yet, but we are quickly reaching that point and would ask anyone who wants to attend to book their ticket to avoid disappointment.”
The tickets – £65 per person which includes a drinks reception, three-course meal and live entertainment – are available from Skelton Travel on 028 38 324741.
Corporate table options are available on a limited basis.
The big night also includes a charity auction with items including boots worn in a title-winning season by another Man United legend, Paul Scholes.
