The Corcreevy Road in Richhill has been closed in both directions.
It had to be closed in both directions due to a fallen power line.
“Diversions are in place,” said a PSNI spokesperson.
Motorists are being advised to take extra care due to the current weather.
Many roads are flooded and slippy with debris. There are also reports of trees felled and branches down due to high winds.
Drivers should reduce their speed and exercise extreme caution particularly during the darker evening and as the storm persists.
