A woman was convicted at Craigavon Magistrates’ court today (Tuesday) for claiming benefits she was not entitled to.
Margaret Ogilby (27) of Derrylileagh Road, Portadown claimed Income Support totalling £7,783 while failing to declare employment. She was given an 18 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay court costs of £34.
She is also required to repay any outstanding money wrongfully obtained to the Social Security Agency.
