A Portadown woman who stole almost £17,000 in a breach of trust case will be sentenced next month.
Jessica Robson, from Ballybay Meadows, was arraigned at Craigavon Crown Court on Thursday morning.
The 32-year-old, who the judge remarked appeared visibly upset as she sat in the dock, pleaded guilty to a single count of theft.
While none of the facts were read out in court the offence pertains to the theft of £16,825 from Peter Wilson between September 1, 2022 and June 17, 2023.
Her Honour Judge McColgan KC queried if the case was in relation to a breach of trust, to which it was confirmed.
Ordering a pre-sentence report, Judge McColgan told Robson to return to court for sentencing on November 28.
She was released on bail until that date.
