“I would particularly like to speak to anyone who was travelling on Northway, Portadown between 8am and 8.30 am this morning to contact police on 101 quoting 276 of 20/12/18.

“I would also ask anyone who would have dashcam footage that could assist us with our enquires to contact us.”

The road is still closed in both directions between the Kernan Loop junction and Seagoe Road junction.

Traffic should avoid the area as the road is expected to remain closed for some time.
