A 39-year-old Portadown man has appeared in court charged with indecent exposure.
Michael John Mark, from Kernan Hill, is accused of committing an act of a lewd, obscene and disgusting nature by exposing his genitals to a female on August 22.
A police officer aware of the facts of the case told Craigavon Magistrates’ Court the charge could be connected.
No further details surrounding the circumstances were disclosed during the short hearing.
District Judge Michael Ranaghan remanded Mark on continuing bail which includes a ban on having any contact with the complainant.
The case will return to court on January 17.
