Police are investigating reports of criminal damage in the Churchill Park area of Portadown and have increased their presence in the area as a result.
It was reported that in the early hours of March 24, damage was caused to a vehicle by a male armed with a hammer.
A man, aged in his 20s, was subsequently arrested on suspicion of a number of offences and has been released on bail to allow for further police enquiries.
It was further reported that paint was thrown over a vehicle in the area on Sunday, April 5.
Enquiries are ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting reference 385 of 5/4/26.
Officers will continue to provide a visible presence within the local community and are always there to help prevent and investigate any such crimes.
Police have charged a man to court following a report of criminal damage in the Churchill Park area of Portadown on Wednesday, April 8.
The 34-year-old has been charged with criminal damage.
As is usual procedure, the charge will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
These incidents are not being treated as hate crime.
