One address from list of 24 HMOs in ‘grey area of legal operation’ immune to enforcement

Armagh I received an update explaining that four of the addresses provided were 'receiving attention' from Planning Enforcement

At least one property from a list of more than 20 that fall into a "grey area of legal operation" as HMOs is exempt from enforcement from Council.
The list, which contains a total of 24 addresses in County Armagh, were all granted licences to operate as Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMOs) but – contrary to legal requirements – are not listed on the Northern Ireland Planning Portal as having submitted planning applications.
