A motorcyclist who was swerving after doing a u-turn in Lurgan was found to be unfit to drive.
Callum Lucas (22), of Ballyoran Park in Portadown, was then found to be in possession of 59 pregabalin tablets on Easter Monday this year.
His speech was slurred, his eyes glazed and he was unsteady on his feet. A blood sample showed substances including cocaine.
A defence lawyer told Craigavon Magistrates’ Court the detection was made on a Monday and the substances were still in the defendant’s system following the weekend.
The defendant was banned from driving for a year and was fined £400.
