A man who stole drone accessories from a Co Armagh model shop must wait until next month to learn his fate.

Mark James Payne, 36, of Drumragh End in Belfast, pleaded guilty to theft at Craigavon Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.

Court heard the incident occurred on August 8 and referred to drone accessories which were stolen from Rennick’s Modeltune Model Shop in Portadown.

The estimated cost of the items came to £150.

Payne was connected to the offence by a constable with his defence counsel raising no questions to this.

District Judge Bernie Kelly ordered that a pre-sentence report was required in the case.

The defendant will return to court on May 22 for sentencing for the offence.
