Man to appear on catalogue of charges including murder and drugs offences

A 34-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a 32-year-old Lithuanian in Coalisland earlier this month.

The man has been charged tonight by detectives from Serious Crime Branch investigating the murder of Gediminas Stauskas.

The man is due to appear before Enniskillen Magistrates’ Court on Monday.

He has also been charged with two counts of attempted murder, firearms, drugs and other offences, which will be heard on the same date.

These latter was understood to relate to incidents in Portadown and Newry.
