A man will appear in court in Craigavon following the robbery of a Chinese takeaway over the weekend.
The 38-year-old faces the single charge of robbery, following the incident at the Bamboo takeaway on the Lurgan Road in Portadown shortly after midnight on Saturday.
He is expected to appear at Craigavon Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, Wednesday.
As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
Detective Sergeant Johnston added: “We would continue to appeal to anyone with any information in relation to the incident to contact detectives on 101, quoting reference number 10 23/11/19.
“Alternatively, information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime.”
