Man makes off with aftershave loot following confrontation with Boots staff

A man walked into a Boots store in Portadown and stole a large quantity of aftershave on Wednesday morning.

Police in Portadown are investigating the incident, which occurred at the Boots Chemist, on West Street in the town, shortly before 11am.

The man, wearing a grey beanie hat, grey Puffa style coat, jeans, was also carrying a dark coloured ruck sack.

Police say he entered the chemist at approximately 10.45am.

He subsequently left the chemist a short time later after getting into a confrontation with a staff member.
