A man charged with riotous assembly in Portadown has had the case sent to the Crown Court.
Ryan Pepper (32), of Westland Road, Portadown, is charged with riotous assembly on June 13 last year and possessing and throwing a petrol bomb ‘with intent to damage a PSNI Land Rover’ that day.
He appeared, via video link from prison, at Craigavon Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
He was further remanded in custody and the case was sent to the Crown Court for arraignment on February 12.
