A 73-year-old man has pleaded guilty to causing grievous bodily harm to a person by driving without due care and attention.
Desmond Hynds, of Derryane Road near The Birches, had been driving on August 21, 2024, at – according to his charge sheet – Tandrageee Road, Portadown.
At Craigavon Magistrates’ Court the case was adjourned to August 22 for a pre-sentence report.
An interim driving ban has also been put in place.
