A home heating oil company in Co Armagh is aiming to put fears at bay after a spike in fuel prices in recent days.
The price of home heating oil, petrol and diesel has risen rapidly in the last number of days due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East. Many have voiced their panicked concerns online with some homeowners rushing to get their tanks filled before further increases.
Local oil supplier, ABC Oils who provide home heating oil for both commercial and domestic customers in Craigavon, Dungannon and Armagh today (Wednesday) released a post to reassure customers that pay now and later options are available for anyone feeling heated pressure.
A post published on their Facebook page directed at their ‘regular elderly customers’ read: “I’m sure you’re aware of the spike in prices. If you have been caught out a bit but are running low then don’t be afraid to give us a call regardless if you have the means to pay straight away or not.
“Most of you know us by name when we deliver to you and we are here for you when in need, just as you are there for us as loyal customers.”
ABC Oils – who have stated longer delivery times due to heightened demand may be expected – are also providing customers with reassurance by offering to call out and check tank levels for anyone who may be unsure.
“If you’re empty or even just want us to call round and check your tank give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate.”
