Detectives appeal for information following burglary at Co Armagh home

Detectives are appealing for information following a burglary that occurred in the Ballyoran Heights area of Portadown on Thursday, November 24.

Sometime between 5.15pm and 6pm, a house was broken into and an amount of cash and jewellery was taken.

Detective Inspector Stephen Harvey said: “I would ask anyone who knows anything about this incident, or anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in the area, to contact detectives at Lurgan Police Station on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference number 1040 of 24/11/16.

“Or if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details, they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
