Keep the family entertained and enjoy some fun-filled movie magic next weekend with two free outdoor cinema events!
The previously postponed screening of the all-time classic Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory (1971) will now be taking place in Portadown People’s Park on Friday, May 4, followed by family favourite Matilda on Saturday, May 5, in Solitude Park, Banbridge.
Come along at 6.30pm on each evening, set up your picnic blankets and chairs then sit back, relax and enjoy the show starting at 7pm.
Everyone is welcome to these non-ticketed events, organised by Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council and funded by the Department for Communities.
All children under the age of 16 must be supervised.
Limited seating will be available at each event so you are advised to bring your own seat and dress appropriately for the weather.
Hot drinks and snacks will be available to purchase from a variety of local traders in the park.
