Police hunt Armagh ‘flasher’!

POLICE have issued an appeal for information after a man exposed himself and hurled verbal abuse of a sexual nature at a woman in the College Hill area of Armagh.

The incident happened at around 7.15pm on Thursday. And this afternoon (Monday), the PSNI asked the public to come forward if they can help with enquiries into what is  the second incident of this nature  in little over a month.

A woman walking in the College Hill area on Thursday evening witnessed a man standing on a wall close to the Royal School. He exposed himself and shouted abusive language of a sexual nature.

The culprit was wearing dark coloured, loose baggy clothing and light coloured shoes.

In an earlier incident, on December 4, a woman jogging in the same area was subjected to verbal abuse of a sexual nature.

Police say the road is generally busy and have appealed for witnesses – or anyone who can help – to get in touch on Armagh 0845 600 8000. Alternatively, details can be passed on anonymously to Crimestoppers at 0800 555 111.
