Police called after three men seen removing election posters

Police in Lurgan received a report  that a number of election posters had been removed from the Main Street, Dunkirk  Road and Gilford Road areas of Waringstown between midnight and 1am on Friday, May 2.

It was reported that three men had been seen in the area removing the posters shortly after midnight. 

Police would ask anyone who witnessed this incident or anyone who knows  the identity of the person’s involved to contact them in Lurgan Police Station  on the non-emergency number 101. Information can be passed anonymously through  the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555  111.
