Police are appealing for information regarding a number of incidents in and around the Newry area recently.
At approximately 11am on the December 27 an assault occurred in The Canal Court and a female was injured with a glass. If you have any information regarding this incident please call police on the number below, quoting the reference number 101 27/12/14.
On Monday, December 22 between 8.30am and 7pm a soft top car had it’s roof damaged and damage was also caused to the steering column and immobiliser.
The car was parked in the car park between Buttercrane and St Mary’s Street. Ref 1140 dated 22/12/14.
On the same dayr between 3pm and 9.30pm a house in Violet Hill Avenue, Newry was broken into and ransacked and a quantity of gold jewellery was stolen. Ref 1294 dated 22/12/14.
On Tuesday, December 23 a silver Rover car had damage caused to it while parked in the Carnagat Park Area around 7:40am. Ref 251 26/12/14.
